Perfect Day

Yesterday was the most perfect day ever!


My best friend and I had a total blast! We went to so many beautiful places...it was more than perfect. Like constantly in touch with nature...there were mountains, large green stretching fields of sugar canes, and then we went to the picturesque white sandy beach with the crystal clear turquoise water...and then to another sea which was surrounded by rocks...we could see the water stretch out for miles and miles as though we were standing completely at the edge of the world.
It was simply breathtaking!


You know, in that marvelous movie, A Walk to Remember, there is a part where Jamie tells Landon: "How can you see places like this...and not believe?"

Yesterday i realized how true that saying was. Plus, seeing those wonderful, wonderful, wonderful sights, i was simply basking in the delight to be living in such a beautiful country. Everything was simply unbelievably gorgeous- including the magnificent sunset we were treated to on the way back home. That was the perfect end to the perfect day.



Things and sights like this are what make me feel more patriotic about my country. And believe me, that's saying a lot; coming from someone who has never been particularly patriotic before! ;p

I forgot to mention that we stopped by a farm and my best friend and I got to see cows! We stroked them a bit and made the Ladies pose for pictures with us! Lol

Added bonus to the perfect day? Well, i got to wear my short skirt! And got some amazing pictures!!
